This dedication to "The Art of Harmony" is backed by decades of uncompromising manufacturing expertise. Every AUSKOMMEN product is proudly crafted and manufactured by our parent company, CHIAO LONG ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., based in Taiwan.

Established in 2002, CHIAO LONG ENTERPRISE built its reputation on precision and durability. For over a decade, we specialized in high-quality manufacturing, producing premium printed camera straps for leading Japanese brands and exporting pet toys to major U.S. retailers, including Walmart. This extensive OEM experience honed our strict quality control standards and deep understanding of international safety and material requirements.

The Evolution & Global Vision

In 2019, driven by our deep passion for pets and backed by our robust manufacturing capabilities, we made a strategic transition from a trusted manufacturer to an independent brand. We oversee every step from concept to production.

Our commitment to blending artisanal design with manufacturing excellence quickly resonated with the market. Beginning in 2023, AUSKOMMEN was exclusively invited to set up counters in major pet retail chains across Taiwan. Today, we are a trusted leader in the Taiwanese pet industry, partnering with over 200 chain store locations and more than 20 premium boutique select shops.
